The routine meeting of the Sherwood Lakes Homeowners Association was held on last twenty-fifth of August, two thousand twenty-three. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Brown, with a quorum of homeowners in participation.

Upon the call to order, the transcripts from the previous meeting were examined and passed with a few amendments.

  • Mr. Davis, gave a brief financial overview outlining the current situation of the homeowner association's funds.
  • Several homeowners raised questions regarding upcoming developments in the neighborhood, such as the proposed tennis court construction and streetlight regulations.
  • The board addressed the homeowner's concerns, providing information about the plans.

After the conversation, the meeting was adjourned. The next HOA meeting is scheduled for October , on the same day next month.

Suggested Amendments to Sherwood Lakes Covenants

The HOA is at this time reviewing several proposed amendments to the existing covenants for Sherwood Lakes. These proposed adjustments are designed to improve the quality of life for all residents while tackling current concerns and facilitating a thriving community.

  • Amongst the proposed amendments are regulations related to yard maintenance, sound restrictions, and parking regulations.
  • The HOA encourages all residents to review the proposed amendments meticulously and forward their comments by the deadline.
  • A community forum will be arranged on September 8th to examine the proposed amendments in more depth.

Additional information regarding the proposed amendments can be found on the HOA's digital portal. Residents are highly recommended to contribute in this important process.

Sherwood Lakes Community Beautification Project

Our enthusiastic community members are coming together to make Sherwood Lakes a more beautiful place to live. The Beautification Project aims to transform the visual appeal of our community by installing flowers, cleaning up public areas, and supporting a sense of pride.

Sherwood Lakes Community Board Voting

Greetings residents of Sherwood Lakes! The annual election for the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) board is happening soon. This year, we encourage all homeowners to get involved in shaping the future of our community by casting their vote.

The election will be held on Tuesday, November 7th, with voting taking place from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Neighborhood website Clubhouse.

A list of those vying for positions and their platforms will be made available on the HOA website and posted throughout the community by October 1st. For any questions or concerns regarding the election process, please send an email to the HOA. We look forward to a successful and inclusive election!
